BY Done for the Season?

Defensive end Bryant Young will be out three to six weeks after spraining the medial collateral ligament and tearing the meniscus in his right knee Sunday.
Young was hurt in the second quarter when another player barreled into his leg. He won't need surgery, but he could miss the 49ers' six remaining games.
'I'm always hopeful, and I believe that I can,' he said about returning this year.

San Francisco Chronicle: Defensive end Bryant Young hobbled into the locker room on crutches Monday and delivered the news that he might miss the rest of the season. Young sprained his right ankle, and more importantly, tore the medial collateral ligament in his knee and damaged some cartilage.
