Coach Mike Nolan, however, refuses to see the blight. He marches on, trying to keep his team together despite the mounting injuries and discouraging losses.
Take Monday, for example. On the team's first day back from its bye week, linebacker Saleem Rasheed didn't make it through a noncontact drill before leaving with a knee injury.
