Peterson Guarantees Win

As guarantees go, it wasn't exactly Joe Namath poolside at Super Bowl III. Nevertheless, what Julian Peterson said was no less emphatic than what Broadway Joe uttered so many years ago. With no equivocation, the 49ers' linebacker predicted a win over Dallas on Sunday at Candlestick.
'You can say I guaranteed it, yes,' Peterson said Monday, hardly traumatized by San Francisco's 42-3 loss in Philadelphia. 'I think we're going to play well. I'm positive we're going to win, to be honest. ... We're going to go out there to win, or they're coming out here to lose.'
