Nolan: Team United

Coach Mike Nolan said his team is united despite the possible rifts caused by linebacker Jamie Winborn's ouster and Nolan's biting comments that rogue players would be jettisoned.

Nolan has received plenty of media criticism after telling Winborn to go home and wait for a trade after Winborn lost his starting job to Andre Carter. Nolan had an answer for his critics before Sunday night's loss to Arizona.
'In my mind, I'm 100 percent that the negative comments are irrelevant to the team's success,' Nolan said.
